I was a competitive collegiate level swimmer and still enjoy swimming for exercise as it is one of my favorite lifetime activities.

I enjoy using a balance of knowledge and personal experiences to help others meet their goals safely and efficiently. With a whole body approach to weights and core training, I also specialize in a cardiovascular approach to help others achieve their best.

I’m an avid Rucker! What is Rucking? Rucking involves carrying a weighted pack through rigorous terrain often with extreme obstacles and challenges to be conquered as a team or individually. Many Ruck competitions take place nocturnally, adding to the challenge.

Why I Became a Trainer:
Whether I’m coaching our Seniors during a SeniorWorks class or training a new client, I love building relationships and helping others reach their fitness goals.
